Over the years, I have spoken to numerous industry leaders and agents, and realised that there isn’t a proper guide on how to become a successful real estate agent. Many focus mainly in on one area, while they neglect others.
It was only after meeting a friend, who claimed that the agency she joined has “the best IT system in the industry”, that I came out with this 7 ‘A’ Formula.
Even though this friend was equipped with the “best IT tools”, they only closed 2 deals in that year. This led me to believe that there are more factors than just having good IT support.
Going back to the drawing board, I interviewed many top performers and did an after-action review on my transaction record, to create to the 7 ‘A’ Formula.
